Tadalafil - Cialis ® - Renal Dosing

Usual Dosing (Adults)
Erectile dysfunction: 10 mg orally prior to anticipated sexual activity (given as a single dose only - not given more than once daily). Dosing range: 5-20 mg.   
Adjust dose if patient receiving an alpha blocker or CYP3A4 inhibitor.

Renal Dosing
dialysis [>50 ml/min]: No changes

[31-50]: Initial dose 5 mg once daily - maximum dose 10 mg not to be given more frequently than every 48 hours.

[< 30 or hemodialysis]: Maximum dose 5 mg.

Hemodialysis
dialysis Maximum dose 5 mg.
