HIV: Unboosted regimen: Fortovase®: 1200 mg tid or 1600 mg bid within 2 hours after a meal in combination with a nucleoside analog Ritonavir-boosted regimens: Fortovase®: 1000 mg bid in combination with ritonavir 100 mg twice daily. Invirase®: 1000 mg bid given in combination with ritonavir 100 mg twice daily. This combination should be given together and within 2 hours after a full meal in combination with a nucleoside analog. |
