antifungal medication such as itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), miconazole (Oravig), or voriconazole (Vfend);
heart or blood pressure medication such as diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac), doxazosin (Cardura), nicardipine (Cardene), quinidine (Quin-G), or verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan); or
HIV/AIDS medicine such as atazanavir (Reyataz), delavirdine (Rescriptor), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), indinavir (Crixivan), nelfinavir (Viracept), saquinavir (Invirase), or ritonavir (Norvir, Kaletra).
The recommended dose of sildenafil for once daily usage is usually 50 mg, but if response to the therapy is adequate the dose may be increased to 100 mg only once a day. Kamagra is released in doses 50mg and 100mg, if larger or smaller dose is necessary the tablets may be split 75 mg, and 25 mg.
Serious health conditions (heart diseases, diabetes or high uncontrolled pressure, kidney or liver disease) in some men make it impossible to take the drug in higher doses. However Kamagra has proved high efficacy even in lower doses.
